Growing up without a Father shapes who we are. Fathers provide their daughters with a masculine example and teach their children about respect and boundaries which helps put their daughters at ease with relationships with other men.
When a father abandoned his daughter she'll be more likely to go for a man that will replicate the abandonment of her father.
This is why I'm starting the conversation on healing with the introduction of the "MACnificently Made" book series.
